Kimberly Whitbeck, MS, RDN, CSSD

Hey, I’m Kim! I’m a Registered Dietitian and Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics with an MS in Nutrition from Baylor University, MS in Exercise Science from Liberty University, and a BS in Dietetics from University of Delaware.

I am an Army Veteran with 12 years of combined service across the National Guard and Active Duty. I was the Chief of Nutrition for an outpatient clinic at Fort Drum and the Nutrition Program Director for an Army Holistic Health & Fitness (H2F) program at Fort Benning. Throughout my military and civilian roles, I have worked with Service Members, military spouses and dependents, veterans, and athletes/active individuals struggling with chronic dieting and a poor relationship to food. I am passionate about helping people escape the never-ending cycle of dieting, and removing the power that food and the number on the scale holds over them.

Outside of private practice, I have expertise developing food security initiatives in military and civilian settings. I value public health policy and improving access to food and nutrition resources for underserved communities. I am currently pursuing a Doctor in Public Health (DrPH) part-time from Emory University.

I am married to my lovely wife Zom and we both enjoy traveling, checking out new coffee shops and bakeries, and taking workout classes.
