I can provide superbills that you can give to insurance to request reimbursement. First, you should call the customer service number on the back of your insurance card to confirm if your insurance plan will cover out of network nutrition services.

I am licensed to provide medical nutrition therapy to patients in NY, NJ, PA, ME, CT, VT, NH, NV, NC, RI, CA, VA, CO, FL, DE, MA, MD, OR, TX, AZ, MI. Reach out about options if you don’t see your state listed.
Support groups are open to clients in all 50 states as they do not provide medical nutrition therapy.

Nutrition counseling provides individualized care and expert medical nutrition guidance whereas support groups do NOT provide medical nutrition guidance and instead provide a space to discuss struggles and successes with peers who can relate.
